I have two contracts with vodacom, I called in September to cancel the one i called later in the month to confirm it was cancelled i was not told id be debited again at the end of October so i called last week for some clarity on why i was debited, the consultant i spoke to Thandazile was beyond rude to me i was shocked she said i didn't understand what i was told and questioned me when i asked to speak to her manager, she then kept me on mute for more than 10 minutes eventually i got through to her manager who was prompt in assisting me with feedback on the call but i haven't heard from her since and she hasn't replied to the two emails i have sent her. i am so tired of getting bad service not to mention the disgusting attitude that goes with it.
