Contract cancelled - Still debited - No refund

My contract was due to expire on the end of March the debit order went through on the 15th March. I called Vodacom in February before the 15th to notify them that I would be cancelling my contact as soon as it expires, as I wanted the last debit oder to be on the 15th March that would have given then a months notice.
Vodacom confirmed that the contract would be cancelled in March. I called again in March just to confirm that the contact was indeed cancelled. They then assured me that the contract has been cancelled, the last debit order would be on the 15th March. I was shocked to see that I was still debited for the months of April and May!! I then called their cancellation department YET AGAIN to find out why I was still bieng debited. I spoke to a Freddy who was just as surprised that money was taken from my account for a contract that was cancelled. He logged a call for an investigation. My reference for this particular call is S35TPG2L-LNDT0. I was told the investigation will take 7 days. Its been more than 7 days but still NO UPDATE!! I have to now chase vodacom around. Consultants are unable to help!! Who should i speak to?? I WANT AN EXPLANATION & A REFUND ASAP!!!
