I called this morning and spoke to one lady, i did not get her name. She checked on my order and said its on its way. I told her i have been waiting too long for it i wnt to cancel it and i asked for a manager. She then put on hold and nvr got back to me. i had to hang up and call again. When i called i then spoke to Khaya and i told him what happened and asked if there is any record that i spoke to a lady and he said no. Okay i asked to check for and told him i want to cancel the order because i was billed fo a bed i have not received. I waited a month and i cancelled it they then called m and i took the order gaing, but still nothing received. He then told me i was rude to him and he was cutting me and told me to speak then, when i then spoke he put me on mute and i asked for his surname he refused and i adked for a ref no he gave me this 125538123. He did not want to listen to me and told me how rude i was even when i kept quite seeing that he was just fuming for no reason. I am the one who was billed, i am the one who no bed has arrived over how many days. I need an apology from him and the lady who spoke to me.
