Still awaiting my refund and feedback from vodacom

Hi

I logged a below complain last week on the 5th of september, a consultant from vodacom called me last week friday and i then requested to speak to the team leader as i was not going to accept being penalised for a mistake done by another consultant at vodacom. The team leader then called back but i was busy and asked to be called back at 16h30, she called but when i was about to answer she hang up and never called back again. this is getting frustrating and all i want is my refund and i have been struggling to get through to the vodacom call centre.

My name is Muofhe Singo and i had 3 contract accounts with vodacom which i settled on the first week of august based on the settlement letters that were given to me, and to my surprise on the 20th of august when i got paid vodacom still debited my account with an amount R1, 179.65- which i was not aware or advice of and when i contacted the call centre i was not happy with the information given. i have been waiting to speak to Portia Sibiaya "s Team leader named thobile Sibiya since the 23rd of august, till now i haven't received a
