INVALID DELETION OF SIM CARDS

On Thursday 24/10 two of my three contract lines were deleted due to being listed incorrectly on Debt Review even while VC is a Service Provider and not a Credit Provider. My account has been 100% up to date. Last debit order of? R962.00 was honoured on 02/10. VC now realized it was deleted in error as the Debt Review is invalid. They have confirmed to cancel the reactivation fees of R285 per contract BUT expect me to purchase 2 blank Sim Cards at R100 each so VC can reactivate the numbers. How can I be held accountable to pay R200 for 2 new blank sim cards when it is not my personal fault to have the lines deleted!! This whole matter has taken 8 DAYS thus far without ANY successful help yet. Sasha in the Specialized Legal department insists it is NOT VC's fault that this happened hence insists I have to pay for the blank sim cards else they cannot help. I am losing it. Apart from matter not resolved in 8 days I had to spend a lot of time daily with the call centre putting me through left right and centre with little hope to spare. Please help. William
