I changed jobs in October last year and my pay dates changed and i didn't get paid on month and i had made arrangements with vodacom, due to late pay i missed my date i promised them (5 days late), so they cut my lines and deleted my sim cards. i have 6 lines with them and spend about R36000.00 a year on them. I paid my account and paid a bit extra early in December and i contacted them to re open my lines but to my disbelief i was told i had to pay my end of December bill first from a VERY sarcastic and cheeky woman by the name of Adelaide. i was told i have to buy new sim cars as well, another R 700.00 (so far R9500.00 in December before Christmas) and i have to faxes copies of sim cards for re activation, which i was told first 3 days then 5 to 7 work days (actually 15 days!) and about 10 calls to verify which micro sims for which numbers. now in January the phones are on and i get a bill for R 14 000.00??? i ask my wife and kids to check their balances for date and talk time and low and behold all the 600 minutes and extra data all gone, i call again just be told i lost all of that! i paid for it already, that is!!! i WANT ANSWERS you!!!
