Vodacom
Contract activated

I have a problem here, my sim card was activated on contract without me having a agreement with anyone, tried to call Vodacom, i was advised to contact RMCS, i don't even know who is RMCS, my number was with Vodacom and it was on prepaid. My number is not working now, it has no network, (Sim registration failed) this my work now. I need to be connected now!
