I went to pay the outstanding amount on my Vodacom account on Saturday 16th of March 2013 at Vaal Mall. I informed the lady that I'm paying the full amount which R 10 200. I paid the amount and asked the lady if my phone will be switched back on to which she replied yes. It was not switched back on by Saturday and so I decided to call the call centre on Sunday. After doing so I was informed that my number was deleted and that i would have to call the accounts department on monday. I went back to Vaal Mall on Sunday to have a different number upgrade which was due for a upgrade in April of 2012 but was never informed about it. The lady told me that that number has also been deleted and that i would have to call the accounts department. I phoned the accounts department today and was informed that I would need to order a new blank contract sim card as well as a re-activation form that i would need to fill in and fax back to them to get my numbers back online. my questions and complaints are as follows. 1. Why was i not informed on Saturday that my numbers where deleted and the forms I needed ti fill in. 2. Why was I again not informed the very next day about the forms and sim cards?
