since then i had 2 technicians here. they saw my problem and tried to phone customer service, after which, the first lady put us on hold and left (16 min). we then put dead as it was clear that she was not coming back. every single person i try to ask for assistance just dismisses me and refers me to someone else. i have since not heard back from 8ta / telkom. this is now really ridiculous. what must i do to get someone to help me? my internet connection is terrible and im sick of it. with such terrible service there is absolutely nothing i can do but ask incompetent people to help me, who will then just put me on hold until i get sick of waiting and end the call. if this is not going to go anywhere i sure hope that i will be fully refunded for my modem- i believe that it is illegal to sell me products under false pretences, i.e telling me that my area does have network coverage.
