NON DECLARATION OF INFORMATION

Both my vodacom numbers have been deleted due to late payment. I was not informed of this when i signed a contract with vodacom or upgraded the contract, i suggest vodacom show proof of the voice recording of their terms and conditions & when it actually states that they have the right to delete the number if a late payment has been made. To reactivate the number one needs to have to pay in an amount of R780 over and above personally i think its a rip off. i have also been advised by vodacoms call centre to pay up the balance immediatley and the handset & contract will be terminated this makes no sense to me i have been a loyal customer to vodacom & am startled at this dear vodacom unfortunatley for you i am not prepared to reactivate the number at the above cost and or accept to have the handset deleted off all networks & purchase new sim cards. please advise new customers of this prior to them signing up contracts as this is a rip off.
