Vodacom have deleted our numbers without letting us know or giving us a call to inform us. According to Vodacoms terms and conditions: In the event that you do not comply with your obligations under this agreement and you do not correct your failure to comly after recieving a notice from Vodacom requesting you to comply within 20 business days, then Vodacom may immediately terminate this Agreement. We recieved no notice from vodacom only a sms on the 15/04/2013 that our lines will be suspended but on the 18/04/2013 our lines we totally deleted. We are now liable to buy new sim cards and pay all reconnection fees for the lines to be reactivated and wait for them to decide if they are going to reactivate the lines. We have been with Vodacom for over 8 years and this is how they treat their customers. If this problem is not sorted out soon as possible i will take it to the consumer board.
