No hidden fees? Contradiction

There has been a debt on my account stating Bank charges for R200, upon inquire the 1st time the woman told me it is card fees for new cards??? sorry new cards?? I have not ordered new cards and how many cards did I order for it to be R200??? I'm an ordinary person that lives on the bread line of society, that R200 was meant for my medication here goes I'm sitting without my medication for 3 days now because of Standard Bank. Second time I inquired the guy told me that whoever I talked to did not log my call, ...really?? and it will cost me R20 to get to the bottom of this o and another 3 business days is this really what you mean by no hidden fees???
I was not even notified that this money is due for whatever reason? "Styrofoam cup "
