I had a three a years ADLS contract with Telkom, after the three years contract ended i went and informed telkom that i wish not to renew my contract, a while back i received a telephone bill statement reflecting that i owed R1500.00, i then called them requested an explanation they told me that i should have given them a three months notice, that is not acceptable cause when i was at their offices they did not at any stage inform me that i should have given them the three months cancellation notice.

I demand that they stop sending me threating legal sms's, and they should provide me with a letter that states indeed that they did inform me about the three months notice, failing to do so this matter will be resolved in a court of Law. i reserve my rights.
