GOOD DAY
THIS IS MY 3RD COMPLAINT TO YOU AND IT SEEMS THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I WOULD GET A RESPONSE. FIRST OF ALL I WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGIZE IF YOU HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET HOLD OF ME BUT AS YOU KNOW IM UNREACHABLE DUE TO THIS ONGOING ISSUE WITH YOU.
HOWEVER YOU HAVE MY WORK NUMBER AND SO FAR YOU HAVE NEGLECTED TO COME BACK TO ME REGARDING MY ISSUE. I HAVE RECEIVED EMAILS WHICH I HAVE RESPONDED TO BUT THAT WAS AS FAR AS IT WENT. MY NUMBER STILL HASN'T BEEN PORTED BACK TO VODACOM AND THE SECOND HANDSET THAT I HAVE HAS NOT BEEN COLLECTED AS OF YET AND I REFUSE TO PAY ANY PENALTIES IF IT COMES TO THAT. 3 WEEKS AGO I CALLED AGAIN AND THE CONSULTANT ASSURED ME THAT IT WOULD BE PICKED UP AND 3 WEEKS LATER I STILL HAVE IT.
I HAVE HAD IT, I NEED SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME SO I CAN PERMANENTLY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT. I WANT MY NUMBER BACK ON VODACOM AND YOU CAN HAVE YOUR PHONES. I DO UNDERSTAND THAT THERE WILL BE A CANCELLATION FEE AND I AM HAPPY TO PAY THAT IF THE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENT ARE MADE WITH MYSELF. NO ONE CAN GET HOLD OF ME AND IT HAS COST ME ALOT OF BUSINESS!!!
