I have requested transfer of line to new premises, the transfer was made before the requested date, now I need the new number in order to apply for package from Telkom and no technician as replied to me for the date of putting new line in at new premises. I urgently need to speak to a technician in order to complete the new line, obtain new number and switch the line to ADSL for the new business.
