No return of "promised" deposit

My 24 month internet contract with telkom expired at the end of February. I phoned the telkom call centre to inform them that i will not renew my contract and that i would like them to return my deposit that i paid when i concluded the contract with telkom in January 2011. First they told me that they need one month's notice in advance to cancel the contract. The contract EXPIRED at the end of February. My internet services were cancelled within a few minutes of the call, but i ended up paying the internet for that month for which they required the notice. (Debit order) even though i couldnt use the internet. Then after a few more calls to the call centre, they told me to phone a lady called Magda to arrange for the return of my deposit of R700. Nomanswer on the number they provided me with. A few days later someonemfrom the accounts devision phoned me back and asked if the can deposit the amount into my bank account. No problem. I received a sms with a refrence number that told me the dispute has been settled. I received the sms 25 April. But i am still waiting for the deposit into my account. 6 weeks later. Call centre is useless in this regard. Everyone has a different story.
