Telkom a rip off!!!

Im so sick of telkom pushing me from department to department, my dsl contract was renewed without my permission and upgraded from a 5gb cap to 10gb, if this issue is not resolved within 7 days im taking telkom to court. This is i have been overcharged for almost 1 year, 1 month i didnt pay the account, telkom threatens me with a nasty letter, well now i want my refund with the interest rate of 18% per annum!!!

If within 7 days this matter is not resolved i will have no alternative but to approach the relevent court for an order to enforce payment due to me

This letter serves as a notice in terms of section 129 (1) of the aformentioned act
