On 04 October 2013, I logged a non confidential query on my account where there was two transactions for an international transaction. The lady Philisile Dhlamini at the Absa in Killarney logged the query for me with Reference number: 2552339 and confirmed that she had sent through the documents to the forensics department. On 14 October, i followed up and advised that my query is with Cindy van Heerden and she will contact me. I was initially informed that the query takes about 10 working days to resolve. On 29 October I yet again followed up, Cindy was not available to take my call. Was advised she would contact me with information. On 04 November, one month later, I followed up. Was told that Cindy has said that she will call me back by close of business on the 04 November. To date still no feedback has been received. Postive or bad feedback is required as its unprofessional to keep your clients guessing for over a month as to the status of their query. I am very unhappy with this.
