We were contacted by Nxatel sales office regarding changing our telephone system, Victor the sales manager guaranteed us that our current bill will be at least half of what we pay at Telkom. Based on this we installed the system, we than received three bills from Telkom, Nxatel and Sunlyn bill which almost double our old Telkom bill. We contacted Victor regarding this and he said he would investigate the reason why we were now being charged such a high amount but to date he has not gotten back to us.

In December 2013 we arrived at work and the phones were not working. It took Nxatel two weeks to come and see what the issue was. The engineer than connected the phones directly to our telkom lines however he switched the fax and the telephone numbers, so all calls were now going to our fax instead of being answered. They said they would be back in two days to correct the issue and fit a new board. ONE MONTH LATER and numerous phone calls later and still NO ONE has come around to fix the issue.

We have now cancelled our contract and URGE EVERYONE CONSIDERING NXATEL NOT TO INSTALL THE NXATEL SYSTEM.
