A simple upgrade is all I required

I have absolutely had it with MTN and their excuse for a customer service department. From stores, to their online customer service to their contact centre. I have been to 2 stores and emailed them numerous times without receiving a satisfactory response. I have logged a query regarding an upgrade I processed on the 11 Jan 2014 with Aiden Kelly at The Glen. The device for the new contract was given to me but my contract sim, that was scheduled to be converted from a top up to a data sim was never converted. My initial email was sent on 28 Jan 2014 and I received no feedback, I emailed them again on 31 Jan 2014, I received a vague response on Sunday 02 Feb 2014 stating that my account was with their legal department - no detail whatsoever. I visited their store at The Glen on 01 Feb 2014, explained my frustrations and was told that they could not give me an answer and that they would call me back. My reference is 3184754. Irene from the store was supposed to call me with feedback but I have heard nothing. I have also been having issues with my second MTN contract but I doubt I can fill in the detail of that query in this block. I will never take another MTN contract ever!
