I was out of country and had activated the Vodacom travel saver. I departed on Friday 27th December and did not use any data as I have been on wifi. I received an SMS on the 30th December stating that I have high usage of over 25000 rands! This is absolutely impossible from my end. Its been 21 days since i reported this to Vodacom, I have called many times and even drove to Vodaworld on the 16th January 2014. Nobody has answers

I was told it would take 14 days to resolve - There is no way i am paying this amount.

I expect a response within 24 hours, i am a Red vantage customer and my renewal is coming up... so you may lose another customer!!!
