I noticed extremely high data usage on this cellphone no. which is my sons cellphone account. This started already from last year April 2013. He showed me the data usage on his phone and we have been keeping tabs on it. Well I was shocked when I received the November account of R5587.83, I called on the 20th December to query and spoke to Matshibiso she put in a query and said that it would be sent to the data usage dept to check whats going on. I did not get any feedback but I am registered online and went onto the vodacom website to check if anything has been done. To my amazement I check the Account summary on this phone number and the balance is R9758.35 for December usage. I called again yesterday 7/1/2014 and spoke to Sihle at 9.26am and he assured me that a manager would call me in an hour and I am still waiting. I also received an sms message stating" Dear Customer, Please be advised that the 5GB bundle has been added to 0799566591 and all necessary credits will be attended to after the invoices closes on the 3rd January 2014.
