HTC One undelivered

Two weeks ago i went into the Vodacom 4 U store to upgrade my current contract. i wish to upgrade with the HTC One as my choice phone. i was informed that they currently did not have any stock available and was advised that they would have a phone available for me in 4-5 working days. This has not happend yet and upon phoning them to find out what the hold up was i was informed that they are still waiting for this unit and could not tell me when i could expect it to arrive.

i would appreciate my phone delivered or in store ASAP, alternativly i will need to concider changing networks.
