I am so disgusted with the service I am receiving from MTN, I got two phones on contract late last year, one of my phones is currently not working (not charging). I went to Bank city Mtn store to report the fault and was referred to Calton centre, on my arrival at Calton Centre I was told that I needed to get documentation from the store I activated my contract which is Bank City, I went back to Bank City and was given a contract number and send back to Calton center, where I was returned again cause apparently more documents where needed to book the phone.

I went back to Bank City and they said that there is no other documents needed and was send to Eastgate store, went there and there as well was not able to get any assistance. I than went back to Bank city store again only to find that the store has been cIosed down.

I have been sitting with this problem for the past 2 months and yet my subscriptions are been deducted from my account every month with no service

I'm sick and tired of being pulled from pillar to post, if I had known that getting this contract was going to give me such grief I wouldn't have signed up for it.
