Cancellation of contract

I took out a Cellphone contract at Game Paarl on the 25 November 2012. On 27 November 2012 I took the phones back too the store and ask them to cancel the contract. Ever since that day I struggled to get the contract cancelled. I travelled almost everyday 5 km to Game store and also phone the Game store. I also contacted the customer Care line of Cell C and they referred us to go to the Game store and cancelled the contract and every time we did that and Game Store confirmed that they did send the cancellation letter on the 27 November 2012 and also showed the faxes that went through. On 25 December 2012 a debit of R 323.20 were deducted out of my bank account. After several phone calls to Game store and cell C about the money and the cancellation they informed us to send a cancellation letter again and after a few days they called to say that the contract was cancelled. But on 25 January 2013 they again deducted a debit order of R 402.41
