SIMPLY LEAVE YOU HANGING OR CUT YOU OFF

I am looking for a wireless internet service.
I called iBurst, went through their menu and after pressing many options was simply cut off.
I then called back and was made to hold to wait for a consultant for 15 mins. All the while i was told that i was number one in the queue. This was told to me twice.
Eventually i got a message that said sorry we are too busy, something about contacting me back and then cutting me off. The number that i had used was 0861 77 29 32.
Its so sad that they spend so much money on advertising and when their customers come looking for them they simply turn your business away. At least tell me upfront, dont make me wait 15 mins with a machine in my ear. i guess i will have to find someone who really wants my business.
