Last week Tuesday (05/11/2013) I came into the centurion store to open a new contract. Filled in all of the applications needed, I was told that corporate needed to vet the contract as I am a new client and it will take a day or two then I will be phoned to come collect the phone.By Thursday afternoon already two days later I went to the store and the guy who helped me said he has not yet heard anything, by Monday (11/11/2013) late afternoon I still did not hear anything and called to the store to find what is going on, the lady on the phone said she can't see anything from her side and the guy did not work on Monday but she will let him know in the morning and have him call me.

Well we are at Wednesday today and I started to get a bid fed-up so I went to the store he eventually came in at 10:30 and not even in work clothes, but casual clothes, he then helped me he then told me that everything had been approved but that apparently the phone I initially signed the applications for was being discontinued and that now I have to find a new phone and contract. I feel that, that phone must have been held out for me seeing as I signed the documents already.
