Poor client care

When I got to the store no one told me where to go after sitting for an hour I heard them tell someone who had just walked in not to sit down but join the standing queue first I mean I've been going to tis store since thursday and not being able to get assisted luckily there is a store at calton centre which is were I managed to get served with a friendly smile which none of the staff at the previous store had they were very rude and abrupt to me and treated me very badly.
