I enquired about a certain phone 2 months ago, I have never heard back from them despite the fact that my name is I'm their "order" book. I had to repeatedly go to the store to Enquire if my phone has arrived. They finally told me its arrive.

I then go to the store to give them all my information and was told it would be ready later that day. I then went again the evening only for them to tell me it's not ready. They then said they would send the phone and paper work to a branch near me for me to collect the phone. I go the next day to the closer store and they were not even aware of the situation. I was called to go back to the waterfront.

Finally I get my contract and they tell me the sim wud be active within 48 hours due to a number port. 2 days later still nothing, i went to enquire at a different telkom store only for them to tell me the contract doesn't even seem to have been activated.

So I am getting charged for my contract but I am unable to use my phone!

Please respond and at least let me know what's going on and when I can use my phone. I also took out a multisim with my contract so I have 2 phones depending on this contract. Get it working ASAP!
