10GB internet service for tel number 011 435 8896

Dear Hello Peter,
Kindly help me ask telkom to stop billing me for internet services on the telephone line 0114358896 which I cancelled on the 27/12/13 and was given the following reference number for the cancellation 27145123. Also ask them to kindly refund me. I have called the call centre and cancellation department and it is obvious to me the matter will not be resolved any time soon and am probably going to be billed again.
