In July 2013 I had called Telkom on their service centre number to cancel my line as I was intending on moving home and Telkom had previously informed me they cannot transfer the line as the new building does not have any telkom infrastructure.
My order for cancellation was not done and I was billed for Aug. I had since called in 4 times to cancel the account, had one of the Telkom staff in the branches put in a cancellation order and created disputes. Despite all this Telkom still bills me and I cannot get hold of anybody that seems to be able to put things right.
Even their Provincial Service Callcentre number is not working so I cannot escalate the problem.

I understand why Telkom is seen as one of the worst service providers in SA as they just cannot get anything right.
