This is in connection with my Telkom account. that i requested to be canceled in december 2012. I have a deposit of 750 that was paid of which i left behind for any outstanding payments to TELKOM. I sent numerous emails to TELKOM stating i wanted to cancel my account which did not happen. they kept billing until my account was handed over to some attorneys

Kindly be advised that credit was allocated according to your request of cancellation. If internet was not used in Nov 2012 and you didn't make any request for cancellation then no rental credit will be allocated for that.
Please refer from your mail sent for request of cancellation. Your request state the 03/12/2012.
