VIRGIN'S INCORRECT BILLING IS AFFECTING MY CREDIT

Hi there,

Late last year I filed a report on HelloPeter.com - about how i was incorrectly reloaded with airtime and sent a bill even after i had cancelled my contract.

I received a response and it was all sorted out - pretty easily done.

I recently applied for a credit card on behalf of my business, and it got declined due to the fact that I had ITC issues. I logged on to the Transunion website and requested a credit report.

It lists all of my debit orders - it now lists my Virgin Mobile account in arrears, for months after I had already cancelled my contract.

What is going on?

I know my account was switched to cash but it seems there is a glitch in the system where I am now being reported as not having paid my accounts.

PLEASE PLEASE CORRECT THIS AS IT IS NOW AFFECTING MY BUSINESS!!!
