I applied for a DSL line into my house. When filling out the form it clearly stated no Internet services required, just the DSL line as I had my own Internet service provider. But an honest mistake was made and internet was enabled, so I kindly called Telkom to notify them of this fact (wasting more than an hour of my time on the phone). They then basically said they can't do anything until the line is installed. After the line was installed I called back (wasting more time) and asked for the internet to get cancelled and my money to be refunded this went to the cancellations department and 3 months later I'm still being billed.

I'm been on the phone now waiting for cancellations for 30 minutes and still no joy! This is wasting my time and no care from anyone I speak to and I continue to be bounced around from pillar to post.

Come on Telkom!!
