Trying to migrate adsl to another supplie

I cancelled my Data Package with Telkom on 19 July 2013 (subject to a 30 day notice period) - ref # TOC 513644130. Since 19 August 2013 I tried to get a cancellation reference number to enable Afrihost to do the migration, eventually on 3 September 2013 got reference # 85122653A from Rozaria at Telkom.

But still Afrihost cannot migrate the DSL line, as they still get the message - ADSL line is currently with another ISP.

The previous weekend I had slow internet and I had to log a fault with Telkom. Again this weekend same story, but no joy, as according to Telkom the line test okay. This is however the report I received from Afrihost, after Telkom reset the Port - I have tested your line though, and i see that there is currently a problem with this line as it not syncing properly (Please see the attached screen shot)
Please contact Telkom and ask them to log a "Slow access" fault for your ADSL line.

I need this resolved ASAP - Please Telkom you are going to loose even more customers by the way you handle migration issues. I am actually considering to cancel my telephone line as well. Is this what you strive for???
