BILLED FOR A SERVICE WHICH I DONT HAVE ACCES TO

Dear Telkom,

Despite having cancelled my telephone line and internet on 28 May 2013, and giving my months notices as required, I received a bill on the 7th of July for an amount of R150.20. Having phone Telkom, (about 13 times and holding on for a consultant for no less that 20 min at a time), I was told it was for the internet.

I then question how I was to use the internet if it was cancelled along with the line back in May 2013 and was told to log a dispute at the accounts department. Again, after holding on for nearly an hour with no success, I logged a query on your website. I receive a sms a couple of days later, confirming that a query has been logged for a credit of the internet.

Heard nothing off Telkom since and then today, I receive yet another bill, this time for R 385.69. How is this even possible. I tried endlessly to get hold of someone at Telkom again today.

This cant be happening all over again. Please can someone assist me to sort this matter out once and for all?
