Very Bad Service

For the second month now I have not been allocated the 500mg data bundle which I am being billed for. I have made countless calls and have to repeat my complaint each time to be told by Vodacom Call Centre staff and managers that it is being investigated. I only managed to obtain my data for December on the 20th. I am yet to receive January data.
