Grossly overcharged

I have the Telkom Mix which should be costing me R299.00 per month. The monthly totals, however, vary wildly. This month the total account is in excess of R850. I have paid R299, now you have to fix the rest of the account. I can't wait for this contract to come to an end!!! I really don't have the time to sort out your accounts.

Also, I am still waiting for the final resolution of my query in October ref 65379506A. I was incorrectly charged backdated for ADSL which I don't have and never asked for. Part of the amount charged was reversed, and I was assured that the balance would be reversed the following month. I'm still waiting...
