Overcharged & then cut off for not paying???

We are new with Telkom and took out one of these deals for R750 per month. So the first bill arrives and its R1390!! When i called in and spoke to them they said that they had overcharged and will escalate query for a credit to the account. 2 days later we get cut off internet and land line!! We then get a further bill for the following month for R2439.55!! Which they will not activate our account again until the full amount has been paid. I spoke to another consultant in the accounts department about it, she said no query was raised about the credits due to us and said that she would raise the query... well we are still waiting and have no choice but to pay the overcharged bills or we will be cut off! Disgusting service! 2 months with them and we are are angry and feel that they just don't care about their customers at all!
