Charged Incorrectly and not being rectified

I was incorrectly charged for a wrong adsl package in the month of February as well as billed for the month before even though I did not have that package. I have logged numerous requests for the amount to be rectified and paid what was owing for the month of Feb in terms of the package I requested and was capable of using as well as for the usage on my telephone line. It has now gone to the month of May and the account has still not been set straight and the proper adjustments have yet to be made to reflect the correct amounts owing. I was advised by the last consultant i spoke to in accounts division not to make further payments until my account reflected the correct amount but my account has not been paid for the second month and would like to make the payment but for the correct amounts.

Charging customers for items they have not requested and specifically not used or even capable of using in this case a VDSL account is bad business. I need my account balance adjusted to reflect the exact amounts owing for the service i was provided as I need to make payment for those services I did use.
