To Whom it may concern

I would like to query my account settlement please.

On 2 October 2013 I paid R21 489.26 for a apple mac laptop with monthly data bundle. On the 25th of March I was told I need to pay R19241, 04 to settle my account.

I am still continuing with my data bundle of 1 gig a month at R99.

My first installment was R1, 824.84 on the 31st of October. When I cancelled I had paid R8160 already. R21489.26 - R8160 = R13329.26.

R3, 624.30 was deducted in June supposedly because of an outstanding amount for the previous month's invoice. How am I quoted one thing and then all of a sudden charged this amount? Also my monthly installment was R1230 so how am I charged more than double when I miss a month?

In total I have paid R19241.04 R8160 R3624.30 = R31 025.34. I have been overcharged by R9176.08. I have consulted a lawyer and will also be taking this to the NCC if I don't get my money back!
