OVERCHARGED BY R1200

I recently went to the outlet in George Garden Route Mall to find out if I qualify for an upgrade.
The guy said yes. I asked whether I will have to pay in anything and he said NO because I was a high expenditure client I was able to upgrade a month earlier without paying in any amounts.
He searched through the handsets that will allow me to upgrade without additional charges and found a suitable contract and handset for me.
Today I received my bill and was charged a R1007 MIGRATION fee which I have never heard of before and was not willing to upgrade if it was explained to me that I will have to pay any additional charges.
I signed a contract with an amount of R299 per month underlined and I signed next to it. On the same page was an amount of R1033.50 and I asked what it meant and was informed I dont have to worry about it since I will not need to pay anything else apart from the R299 / month.
Furthermore on my latest bill I was charged almost R200 for data, while I was supposed to get 150Meg per month with the contract, which i have MOST certainly NOT depleted.
So being overcharged by R1200 in one month is totally unacceptable and I demand a credit for this amount.
