Paid Debt Order but Reversed With Charges

I bank with Standard Bank and I have 3 debit orders that goes off on the 25th every month. My salary is paid on the 25th every month but this month it was paid on the 26th. On the 26th in the morning i received 3 bank messages showing that the three debit orders went through and reflecting a positive balance. I withdrew R250, and my balanced was reduced accordingly. Today, 27th i received 3 messages saying that my debit orders were reversed and indeed my balance went up with the debit orders combined total and i was charged R115 for each debit order.

I went to Primrose branch and told them that yesterday i did not have access to the money taken for debit orders but today it was reversed and i am charged. The lady i spoke to she said the systems don't update fast and i should ignore the bank messages because they are outdated. If my debit orders were not paid why was the total amount for the debit taken on the 26th and reversed on the 27th? The bank has inconvenienced me and yet charged me. I would like to have the 3 x R115 to be reversed.
