I upgraded my contract on the 04/06/2013 and took out Sony XPERIA GO.
From day one the phone started to give me problems and after a week the phone went in for repairs.
Six months later in the middle of December the phone just went dead and also did not want to charge.
Now I am struggling to get the proper feedback as to what is going on and why can`t the phone be replace with a new phone. I am paying for a device that I am not even using. Everytime I go and do enquiry they say the matter has been escalated, but no one comes back. I am very unhappy with the service I have been getting from the shop
If you can`t replace the phone then I will have to cancel the contract.
