Upgraded Aug. 2013. Received a blackberry 9360. After approx.. 2 month the device started giving problems. Was advised by Nashua mobile to send device for repairs which I did. Twice the device has been in repairs and after a few days of having the phone back the same problems started again. I have telephoned the call centre on numerous occasions to assist with this problem. Only to be told to remove sim card and battery, which did not work. also was advised by them that they would contact their technical department and promises to come back to me, which they do not do. I have had this phone now for approx.. 8 months, approx..2 months of which I have not had my phone as it was in for repairs. I have been patient and have been with nashua mobile for a number years but feel the service I have received from them is not acceptable. I feel that I am paying for a contact and phone that I have not been able to utilise properly. I need this phone and cannot afford for it to keep going in for repairs, also I am still paying for I phone that is continually being repaired, don't see the point in that. I cant cancel this contract as I have been informed that I would need to pay in.
