Disappointing handset

Hi all, i recently upgraded my cell phone contract which came with a sony xperia v, 1 within 1 month i had to send my phone in for repairs as the lcd and back light as well as battery power was giving problems, got the phone back a week later it still had the lcd problem so sent it in for repairs again, it ccame back with a report stating no faults a week later, yet it could not switch on again, it finally switched on a day or 2 later but i had the same lcd and back light problem sent it third time and its more than a week gone and i have recieved no feedback... so ive been without a phone for most of this month and its frustrating sending a brand new phone in for repairs every few weeks and not being able to communicate!
