I recently upgraded my contract at MTN Brits. I'm a customer of Mtn for almost 20 years and always used Nokia phones. I upgraded to a Nokia lumia 620, and for the first time experience problems with a Nokia. My phone is four months and already went twice for repairs. On my slip when returned from repairs were indicated that it a software problem (both times), one week later and again the same story, now Quinten from MTN Brits want to tell me that the last repair were for water damage, if this is the case I immediately demand a new phone because this mean that the phone sold to me were a damage phone because I never drop nor put my phone next to water. This phone is new and keep on giving problems I need it replaced and not fixed again, if this is not the case I will revere to the consumers protectors, I cant be forced to pay a contract but don't have a proper phone, either replace my phone or cancel my contract after 20 year because you can no longer deliver the service I'm paying for. NEW PHONE PLEASE
