I have taken out a contract with Nashua Mobile Bluff for the Sony Xperia V.
The contract is not even 6 months and I have been having endless problems.
The issues first started just over a month ago, I was unable to make or receive a call unless the phone was on speaker phone mode. Then the phone switched off and never came back on, when I put it on charge, the charging light would come on but the phone would not.
I laid a complaint with my service provider and sent the phone in for repairs. The phone was returned in just over 2 weeks, but to no avail it does not come on.
So I sent it back to my service provider, it is now going over 2 weeks and I have not received my phone back. Altogether, it is now over a month... just for repairs!!

I have made communication with the head office, stating that I am paying for a phone I do not have firstly, and secondly, my phone is used for business so it is vital that I have a phone but nothing has been done.
I have requested for a new phone, a change of contract or to cancel the contract but I have been advised that these requests are not possible, if the phone cannot be fixed, I will receive a refurbished one.
