I upgraded my cell phone contract on the 15-04-2013 to a Blackberry Z10. I used the phone for about 3 weeks when I started to experience problems. The phone switched off by itself and the screen turned upside down. I took the phone back to the shop and it was booked in for repairs. A week later I received the phone back and was informed that there was no technical fault with the phone and a software upgrade was done. I used the phone for a few minutes and I experienced the same problem. I took the phone back and again it was booked in for repairs. A week later I received the phone back and was told the phone was fixed but no fault report is available. I used the phone for a few minutes and again experienced the exact same issue. I took the phone back again and was assured the issue will be escalated. The area manager phoned me on 07-06-2013 and told me they tested the phone in the shop and experienced the same issues and will send the phone back for repairs. I am disgruntled with the service I am receiving from MTN and I am paying for a phone I have no use of. I would like this matter resolved asap.
