What a unhappy customer I am with regards to Sony

I am a renewed cellphone contract user with Vodacom. Going for a new phone that is Suppose to be so great. What a disappointment. My Contract is not even 5 months old and already i have had such bad response from this phone.

1st replacement was after 6 days where i had an OBF. 2 weeks later after receiving the new phone it started freezing and going off by itself. take it in and they send it away. Phone comes back and they said it was a software problem.

Well guess what its just over a month later and again the phone is giving problems. What am i paying for, for something that does not work or that i don't have most of the times cause it has to go in for repairs.

Something needs to be done, cause i will not tolerate the fact that i have to pay for something that is brand new and hardly works,

The service by the shop people has been as helpful as they can be and i dont have anything against them at all.
